594 Relevant factors for dosing period of bexarotene treatment in Japanese patients with mycosis fungoides: A post-hoc analysis from accumulated post-marketing surveillance data

This post-hoc analysis evaluated results of a nation-wide cohort study using data from post-marketing surveillance for bexarotene treatment among 194 adults (120 males and 74 females) with mycosis fungoides (MF) enrolled between June 2016 2018, aimed to investigate whether initial dose, clinical stage, prior systemic therapies combination reflect dosing period treatment, respectively. The median were 235.5 days.
